The house has an advanced central heating, cooling and hot water heating system through a heat pump - heat pumps with solar collector input and heating of the entire house (ground floor) via low temperature underfloor heating. In addition to the underfloor heating and fireplace in the living room, a unique majolica stove is installed, which will provide an intimate and natural way of heating in colder days.
