Family duplex house of 95 m2 with 227 square meter plot is located near the sea in a quiet location across the playground in Peroj center (2,5 km from Fažana).

In Peroj, after the plague that struck this area in 1561, Venetian district governors provveditori made persistent efforts in resettling this area between 1578 and 1657. This is when 13 Greek-Orthodox families from Montenegro settled here, from whom the present-day inhabitants originate.

Saint Spiridon: The Orthodox Parish Church of St. Spiridon was built on the site of the demolished Catholic Chapel of St. Jerolim, bought by the people from Peroj in 1788 and restored for their religious needs.
The promenade: The seafront stretching from the harbor in Peroj up to the village of Štinjan.
