Family Prodan chose a land in a secluded part of Peroj with a view of the sea and olive groves. According to the client's wishes and in agreement with the architect Iva Rađa a designed for home and garden has been made. Maris construction, except monitoring all work, took care of all construction and location permit and the necessary connections. The house is built of high quality materials with the addition of hand - carved indigenous Istrian stone. The house is equipped with a solar system for heating and hot water and rain water will be collected and used for sanitary water and for the own water source.
