The house has an advanced central heating, cooling and hot water heating system through a heat pump - heat pumps with solar collector input and heating of the entire house (ground floor) via low temperature underfloor heating. In addition to the underfloor heating and fireplace in the living room, a unique majolica stove is installed, which will provide an intimate and natural way of heating in colder days.
4 air conditioners are used for colling the house.
In the yard is a 30 sqm swimming pool (bio salty system) with massage and automatic water treatment. Next to the pool is a summer kitchen made in a former bread oven, technical room and the laundry.
