Project Olga Ban consists of construction of six luxury apartments in Vidikovac in city Pula. The project included renovating old austro-hungarian house into a modern urban building.
Inside the building there are only six apartments, which proved to be a very good solution because buildings with fewer apartments where all residents know each other and make a small community, became increasingly popular.
Construction began in 2006th year and was completed in 2008. The ground floor of the building consists of two small flat with a garden, the first floor has two apartments of 78 square meters and the second floor of one apartment of 160 square meters. The penthouse apartment is also 160 square meters.
The building faces southwest, so all of six apartments are well lighted, and thus is obtained energy savings on heating. Of joinery is used Internorm, a very good solution for windows and doors with the highest energy efficiency. It is no surprise that the building was granted A + energy certificate.
There is a floor and wall heating in building, which proved to be the healthiest way of heating.
Project documentation was created by our project team Ivan and Iva Rađa, and the works were carried out by the Gordan Kukuljas company "Iza duge". Most of the sanitaries was acquired from the salon of ceramics and sanitary ŠPINA doo.
