Property projects : renewal and reconstruction: "Villa Jagoda"
After the successful sale of the house in ruins on location in Pomer we purchased all the location and construction permits and started home renovation and conversion to villa. The villa was designed according to the wishes of our client with suggestions and proposals of our architectural team.
Villa is made from hand-carved native local stone and high quality materials. Inside and outside the building underwent a complete reconstruction. In order to preserve the existing environment and to connect villa with a swimming pool without losing the authenticity and beauty of the building, which is located by the sea, Maris construction oversaw all the works and still keep and maintain villa, following the realization of the individual requirements of client who uses villa for private purposes, but also for renting.
Property was purchased 2005. and the restoration and reconstruction were completed in May 2006.
