For sale is an old secluded „Istrian Stancija“ (country estate), with panoramic view of mountain Učka and Istrian landscape. The property is within a reasonable distance from the neighbours and city noise, but in a blink of an eye you can find yourself back in the civilization, close to the main roads and the city.
